The 2005-2006 Band Awards Banquet will be held on Thursday, May 11th from 6:30 to 9:30 PM at the Carolina Club, 3011 Rock Island Road. Tickets are available through advanced sales. The cost is $10 for Band members and $25 for guests. Space is limited to 200 people. Please print this page and fill out the form below, attach your check payable to CSMS Band, and have your Band student return it to Mr. McNeil or place it in the classroom Band Box.
